New Leadership Roles at Contino Reflect Ambitious Go-To-Market Strategy for 2017

Enterprise DevOps and cloud transformation consultancy Contino promotes high performers to new leadership roles to support ambitious go-to-market strategy.

London and New York: January 23, 2017. After a record-breaking 2016 - with over 200% growth and the appointment of an industry veteran as CEO - Contino continues to expand its leadership team to support an ambitious go-to-market strategy for 2017.

These changes reflect the importance of expert leadership across the business as it continues to grow at speed, as well as the talent and willingness to take on new responsibility that can be seen across the company.

Contino aims to lead by example, creating a world-class engineering hub underpinned by a culture of innovation and collaboration. Our leadership team has been expanded to reflect this ambition.

Andrew Gordon-Brooks has been promoted from Principal DevOps Consultant to VP of Engineering and Delivery (EMEA). Andrew will be tasked with ensuring customer success across all of our projects, driving greater collaboration across our engineering teams and helping to create an industry-leading engineering culture within Contino. Andrew’s extensive hands-on experience and expertise make him ideally suited for the role.

Andrew said: “I feel privileged to be a part of such a skilled and passionate engineering community as exists at Contino. There’s currently a huge amount of positive momentum in the company and I am excited to build further on a culture that enables us to continue growing and excelling in the delivery of great outcomes for our customers.”

To match our growing engineering teams with the rising demand for digital transformation in the enterprise, the sales function will also be expanded. Seb Bulpin has been promoted from Client Principal to VP of Sales (EMEA) and will be leading our growing team of talented Client Principals and Inside Sales Executives. He has made a positive impact across all functions of the organisation and we are excited to have him lead our sales efforts in EMEA in 2017.

Seb commented: “I’m excited to continue our work on key strategic DevOps and cloud programmes with our customers and partners in this new role. Being part of a growing team of fantastic people and consistently helping our customers break through traditional constraints to get digital services to market faster whilst upskilling and enabling their people is incredibly rewarding.”

Matt Farmer, Co-founder and President (EMEA) said: “These new leadership roles reflect Contino’s ambitious go-to-market strategy in 2017 as we look to meet the rising demand for enterprise DevOps and cloud by clearly communicating the incredible value of digital transformation and consistently delivering ever-larger successes for our enterprise clients.”
